Terms and Conditions

1. If you have a health fund, your gap payment may range from $0 to $149 depending on your level of cover.
2. If you come in for emergency treatment, you are still entitled to our $149 comprehensive package in your next visit with us (provided our promotion has not ended before your next visit)
3. Only two x-rays are included in our package. Usually, two bitewing x-rays are taken to assist our dentists in diagnosing oral diseases (e.g. dental cavities) and this is only done if necessary.
4. Our promotion includes a full dental check-up, scaling and polishing, and application of fluoride. However, we understand that some patients may prefer not to have fluoride application on the appointment. If this is the case our package fee of $149 will still apply.
5. Mindful Dental Care reserves the right to amend, modify or withdraw our promotion at any point of time and we will provide notices to patients who had booked prior to these changes.
